ReAct Funding and ReAct Training

REACT FUNDING - Re-train for a Better Future

ReAct funding is available to individuals resident in Wales who are under a notice of redundancy or have been made redundant within the last 6 months. The ReAct Programme is supported by the Welsh Government and is part-funded by the European Social Fund and can provide an individual with up to £1500 towards the cost of vocational training courses linked to their future job role.

Since 2007 Ecom has successfully retrained numerous people, many of whom have been awarded ReAct grants after being made redundant. We have helped them improve their skills and strengthen their CVs so they have the best chance of finding employment quickly.

ReAct Funding - Our Approach

Ecom offers convenientaccessible training that will increase your chances of gaining employment. Our flexible delivery style is designed through an understanding that you require flexible training solutions which allow you to make the most of your ReAct funding.

At Ecom we are very much customer focused and will do everything we can to ensure your ReAct training experience with us is a productive and positive one. The vast majority of learners who have undertaken redundancy retraining have been successful in finding employment shortly after. Our training courses are short, sharp skills-based courses which allow you to pick up new skills quickly. You will find our staff approachable, understanding and helpful. We strive to fit your training around your lifestyle thereby allowing you to attend careers meetings, job interviews or visit the job centre without having to miss any of your training.

We understand how challenging it can be to retrain whilst seeking employment, so you will find our approach both flexible and supportive of your efforts.
